The Jackass star was arrested again for public drunkenness

Skateboarder and “Jackass” star Bam Margera was arrested last Wednesday (3/29) for public drunkenness. The case occurred in a Thai restaurant.

Police received a call in the afternoon due to a disturbance in a factory. When they arrived at the scene, they found the star arguing with a woman and screaming a lot. According to sources at the TMZ website, police determined the actor was intoxicated and unable to take care of himself. He had to be arrested and taken to a police station.

Witnesses say his ex-wife Nikki and son Phoenix were also at the restaurant, but police have not confirmed this information.

Nikki split from Margera in February of this year, due to his alcohol and drug abuse, poor social behavior, and fatherly absence. It is worth mentioning that Margera has a long history of arrests, lawsuits, problems with drugs, alcohol and hospitalizations.

He split from Nikki after she claimed that she visited her son drunk and under the influence of other substances, which made her worry about the boy’s health.

In March, the skater was arrested after Nikki accused him of domestic violence. Bam allegedly kicked his ex-wife during an argument.

In 2020, the star was fired from the project which propelled him to stardom. He was barred from the film “Jackass For Life” and sued Johnny Knoxville and the producers responsible for the film.

His participation was conditional on a clause requiring him to undergo numerous drug tests. Margera says he was “forced” to sign the contract, accepting that relapses and other addiction problems could mean he was terminated from the production. And that’s what ended up happening.

Just over a month after the incident, the film’s director, Jeff Tremaine, obtained a restraining order against Margera, banning him from being near him for three years. Bam Margera claimed at the time that he had been the victim of an injustice, stating that he had given numerous ideas for the fourth film, but that the team had stolen them and intended to use them without him. The case was later resolved in a private settlement with all involved.
