Every year, the authoritative Time magazine releases a rating of “100 most influential people in the world”, which every world celebrity wants to get into. The list is divided into six categories: Artists (“Artists”), Titans (“Titans”), Leaders (“Leaders”), Innovators (“Innovators”), Icons (“Icons”), Pioneers (“Pioneers”) – each of them has its own leader, other participants are not ranked. So, this year’s leaders are actor Simu Liu (Artists category), Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley (Leaders), actress Zendaya (Innovators), singer Mary J. Blige (Icons), basketball player Candice Parker (Pioneers) and Apple CEO Tim Cook (Titans). From among the figures of art and show business, Zoe Kravitz, Andrew Garfield, Sarah Jessica Parker, Amanda Seyfried, Pete Davidson and many others also got on the list.
Yesterday, the lucky ones celebrated their success at the Lincoln Center Jazz Center. Of course, not all of the “influential hundred” arrived for the evening, but there were still enough significant guests. Zendaya, who appeared on the cover of the Time special, came to dinner in a vintage Bob Mackie dress from the 1998 collection. Amanda Seyfried, who was accompanied by her husband Thomas Sadoski this evening, shone in a black Carolina Herrera dress with a train and frills. Also among the guests of the evening were Taika Waititi, Bill Gates with his youngest daughter, 20-year-old Phoebe, Andrew Garfield (his joint interview with Zendaya, which was released on the Time YouTube channel, see here), winner of the Oscar for Best Actress supporting Ariana Debos and others.
