EGOT status is for those who win all four entertainment awards (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony); with the musical ‘A Strange Loop’, the actress is the seventeenth to integrate the list

This Monday, 13th, Jennifer Hudson completed her journey to EGOT, which will receive the four great entertainment awards in the United States (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony).
The actress received the Tony Award, which honors the best theater in the United States, for her role as a producer in the musical. The strange cyclewhich won numerous awards during the event (including Best Musical).
With that, Jennifer Hudson became the seventeenth person to achieve EGOT status and to be honored with recognition at one of the four levels of American entertainment: TV, music, film and theater.
