Under investigation for trafficking, Renato Cariani speaks out after being the target of an operation by the Federal Police

Renato Cariani was the subject of a police operation on suspicion of drug trafficking and crack production. The influencer spoke out for the first time after the incident.

It was Renato Cariani, a fitness influencer with more than 7 million followers target of a federal police operation this Tuesday (12). The bodybuilder is accused of drug trafficking and crack production.

The main company investigated by the PF is the Anidrol company, which has Renato among its partners. Through the company, between 12 and 16 tons of crack were diverted. Added to these are another 18 search and seizure warrants are fulfilled during the day. Renato Cariani was wanted by the Federal Police and the Public Prosecutor.

Hours after his house was searched by the police, Renato Cariani appeared on social media. In a video, the bodybuilder provided the first information about his company and the process.

“There is so much news going around and I need to share with you what really happened. I was surprised by a search and seizure warrant. My lawyers will file a request to see this trial and then I will understand what is happening. All the partners are being searched and seized. The company was founded in 1981. My partner, who is 71 years old, is still the main director of the company. It has its own headquarters, it has all the licenses, the works are regulated. So, for me, my partner and everyone else, it was a surprise. As soon as I have access I will tell what it really was”, said Renato.
