Ms. Janaina Silva, through her social networks, claims to have suffered sexual abuse on 02/12/2022. Well yes, I was with her, not only on the 2nd, but also on the 3rd, 4th of her, until 12/15, when I took her to the airport for her trip to Mexico. Furthermore, you invited the “criminal”. go to her house on 12/14, located in SP. As the dated photos show, we were together, like a normal couple.
Ms. Janaina also claims to have proof (but has only released 2 printouts of documents). Which, in addition to proving nothing, after research by my legal team, are not included in any legal body.

Last Monday, the 29th, Janaína Ana da Silva published, in the feed of her Instagram profile, an account of the alleged episode in which, according to her, the influencer committed the crime.
According to Janaína, she met Antonio through a ‘former friend’, at the house of another colleague, on December 2, 2022. They would stay the same day and then he would take the model to his room, attempting sexual intercourse, which, according to she, it was not consensual, and that, in fact, she would have reported this to him.
At this moment Antonio would have changed his behavior, becoming aggressive and tearing his clothes.
After the incident, Janaína said she began to “run away” from the influencer, who continued to send her biblical messages, “afraid” of the accusations she might make against him. Janaína went to Mexico for work and Antonio continued to court her, even through that “ex-friend” of hers.
The model also claims that, after realizing that she was willing to report him, he began to threaten her. On the social network, Janaína asked for a protective measure against the former participant of BBB 17 (Globo) and she claims that despite the accusations made against her, justice has not protected her and she is afraid of returning to Brazil.
