The ex-husband of Ana Hickmann was sentenced to compensate a Cuban doctor in R$ 10 thousand after the decision of the Superior Court of Justice. In 2017, when he was visited by the professional, the businessman disapproved of the service he received, cursed him and made a comparison with someone who is a member of the PT.
“A Cuban doctor is like a member of the PT: he is worth nothing!”, he said on social media Alexandre, who lives at war with Ana since November after the presenter accused him of assault (in a more recent chapter, the businesswoman was accused of hatching a plan against her then husband, which she denies). In 2019, the court had already given victory to the doctor and, since then, Alexandre has started trying to overturn the conviction.
The information comes from “Notícias da TV”. The businessman’s defense claimed that it was “an outburst”, but Minister Maria Thereza de Assis Moura disagreed and decided to pay the “moral damages”.
Last year, at second instance, a judge at the Court of Justice of São Paulo rejected Alexandre’s argument together with Ana he received an execution order to pay off the debt to the bank.
