The Featherweight announced that he is going through a rough patch of health, this one when he resurfaced after a photo of him purportedly sporting a new haircut went viral.
The singer uploaded a snap to his Instagram stories on June 9 in which he is seen lying in a hospital bed.
“Awaiting X-rays,” he wrote above the postcard, though without elaborating on what had happened to him.
Moments later, ‘The Double P’, as he is known, finally revealed that he was diagnosed with a fracture.
In a second image he shared, he has his right ankle on a pillow, implying that this would be his injured body part.
What happened to Featherweight?
In an independent post, Peso Pluma published a series of photos captured during the concert he offered at The Gobernors Ball festival, in “The Big Apple”.
“Broken leg; “I dont give a damn…!” noted in the description. “Thank you New York. All the energy was crazy! I love them!”.
In his text, the spokesman for the prone corridors confirmed that he was at the scene where he suffered the accident that caused the crack.
On their profile on the social network, El Gordo y La Flaca broadcast a video of the “show” showing the moment the incident happened.
The ‘She dances only’ singer was jumping, but when he landed on a lower platform, he got it wrong.
“I just screwed…, twisted my fucking… ankle really bad…” he told the audience, moments later. “(I’m going to) continue as far as I can.”
Although his team offered him a chair to sit on, the singer-songwriter refused to use it and continued the performance, still hurt.
In the TikTok clips, it appears that ‘La Doble P’ was given a temporary bandage to protect her leg until the presentation was over.
