The Institute of Criminology of São Paulo contested the authenticity of the presenter’s signatures and stopped the execution of a debt worth R$ 1.7 million. Contacted by ‘Estadão’, Alexandre Correa said that it was “fake news”
OR Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJSP) a debt of R$ 1.7 million of the presenter suspended Ana Hickman after reporting fraud in the entrepreneur’s signatures. The information was confirmed by Ana’s consultant at State and by TJSP through a publication in Justice Diary this Monday, the 15th.
Contacted by the report, Alexandre Correa said it was “fake news” and said his defense would not comment on the matter. “We are exhausted by lies. It’s been eight months of me telling lies about myself,” he said in an audio message.
The action concerns a debt of one million dollars contracted by the company Hickmann Serviços Ltda, in the name of Ana and Alexandre, to a financial institution in Tatuí, in the interior of São Paulo. Since December, the company has been collecting the debt in court and has even requested the seizure of the presenter’s assets, such as property and revenues from image rights, television commercials and advertising on social media.
According to the entrepreneur’s consultants, the fraud investigation was conducted earlier this month by the Institute of Criminalistics of São Paulo, which concluded that the signature of the company’s contract did not come from the hand of Ana Hickmann. In the publication of official diarythe judge in charge of the case, Ana Laura Correa Rodrigues, stressed “a serious risk in the continuation” of the trial.
The information that the ex-couple’s company was accumulating millions of dollars in debt was confirmed by the presenter herself during an interview with Spectacular Sundayfrom Record TV, in November. At the time, Ana had just filed a complaint against Alexandre for domestic violence and personal injury.
As discovered by the State At the time, the debts in the name of the company Hickmann Serviços Ltda amounted to at least R$ 5 million. The amounts include debts to banks and financial institutions.
