Ben Affleck has given signs that his divorce from Jennifer Lopez is “imminent”. New reports claim that the actor bought one luxury mansion in Pacific Palisades, California for $20.5 million.
According to real estate sources consulted by TMZ, the actor would have acquired a property that has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a breakfast area, dining room, living room, study, dressing rooms, media room, guest house and other amenities.
In May, JLo was caught visiting a mansion in Los Angelesalthough it was not confirmed if the property was for her.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been separated since May, and the actor reportedly removed his belongings from the family’s $60 million mansion they bought in June 2023 while the singer vacationed in Europe in June.
The property where they lived with their children until a few months ago is up for sale, and they’re asking $68 million for it, TMZ reports.
US Weekly reported on July 13 that the two are looking to unload the property.
“Ben is very keen to be done with this house. He’s never been happy there,” a source told the magazine.
Another insider told People that Affleck “never liked” the mansion because “it’s too far away from his kids.”
For her part, Jenniferr thinks “it’s too big,” the agency reported.
Despite rumors of a divorce, the couple has yet to come out to make any statements about it and have seen their respective wedding rings.
