The death of the singer Nahimoccurred just over two months ago, remains under investigation and judicial secrecy. The judge responsible for the case has decided to reject the request to remove the confidentiality, stressing that the measure is essential to protect the artist’s image and guarantee the integrity of the ongoing investigations.
In a note sent by his lawyers, Andreia AndradeNahim’s ex-wife, explained that confidentiality had initially been requested to ensure that sensitive information was handled with due caution during the preparation of the expert report. Despite the report’s conclusion, the attempt to lift the confidentiality was rejected by the judge, who chose to uphold the decision.
The official statement said the decision was aimed at respecting Nahim’s memory and avoiding unnecessary exposure of details that could damage the image of the deceased. “The measure reinforces the importance of preserving the integrity of investigations and respecting the memory of public figures. For fans and the press, this measure also represents an invitation to understanding and respect in this delicate moment”it is written in the note.
The court’s decision ensures that only those directly involved will have access to the information contained in the report, while the public continues to await further clarification on the case.
