Jennifer Lopez appears to be getting support from Ben Affleck’s best friend Matt Damon amid their divorce.
A little more than two weeks after, according to TMZ, she filed for divorce, the actress traveled to Canada for the premiere of the movie “Unstoppable.”
The film stars López and was produced by Damon and Affleck, who apparently has no plans to attend the screenings.

On September 6, Jennifer Lopez and Matt Damon attended the Toronto International Film Festival, where the film premiered.
According to People, the actors attended an after party at The Ritz-Carlton’s EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace.
There, with people still around them, they talked while sitting in the corner of an armchair and holding hands.
The report says a witness told them the duo had “a long and deep conversation” for more than 20 minutes.
According to the source, the “On the Floor” singer was with Damon’s wife Luciana when he joined them and that’s when they started talking.
Their interaction would not be serious at all, since they also laughed at times, the informant explained.
For the momentous occasion, López chose to wear a silver metallic gown designed by Australia’s Tamara Ralph, which featured side slits and a maxi black velvet bow.
For his part, his ally and partner Ben Affleck wore a gray suit, which he combined with a dark shirt.

In June, after In Touch revealed that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were headed for a split, the Daily Mail revealed the support Matt Damon has been giving his beau.
The newspaper noted that the star of “The Martian” advised his colleague to “focus on his work” so as not to lose sight of his professional goals.
“Matt tried to warn Ben when he got back with Jennifer that this could happen,” an insider said of the situation.
“Damon was there to help Affleck get back together after their first breakup, and he had a feeling it would happen again,” the person added.
Apparently, the director had not allowed the “Armageddon” star to “drink again and put pressure on him to make sure that was the case.”
