The grieving father, who appeared dejected as he communicated with hotel staff, was reportedly on his way to the judicial office in Buenos Aires. At the time, he was wearing a blue suit and black t-shirt paired with black shoes.

Geoff, who has Liam with his wife Karen Payne, was mourning the loss of the former One Direction singer in a joint statement with his family on Thursday (17). “Liam will live forever in our hearts and we will remember him for his kind, funny and courageous soul,” Liam’s loved ones told the BBC the day after his death. “We support each other as best we can as a family and ask for privacy and space during this terrible time,” the statement continues.

Geoff traveled from the UK and arrived in Buenos Aires just two days after the former One Direction singer He fell from a balcony on the third floor of the Hotel CasaSur in Palermo Wednesday in Buenos Aires. He was 31 years old.
