The palace in which Hebe Camargo (1929-2012) lived for 21 years in the Morumbi neighborhood of São Paulo. It was put up for auction, but so far has not received any bids. In images circulating on social media, the property appears severely damaged, overgrown and in need of urgent maintenance.

The palace belongs to heirs of Lélio Ravagnaniwith whom the presenter married in 1979. According to neighbors in the neighborhood, the The place is known as “Hebe’s abandoned house”. The presenter left the property in July 2000, when her then-husband died at the age of 78.

According to the lawsuit, the property has a built-up area of ​​962 m² and has a market value of R$8.2 million, “even in disrepair.” The sale was ordered by judge Fábio Junqueira after a formal complaint filed by the company WV Soluções Logísticas, specialized in debt collection, against the Ravagnani family.

The auction, in turn, was conducted by the auctioneer Dora Plat, from Zuk Leilão. The first attempt occurred in September 2024. The second attempt ended on October 21 of the same year. However, as the records show, “there were no bidders,” the auctioneer informed the court.

As far as we know, the house was built from scratch by Hebe Camargo’s ex-husband in the 1970s. In its heyday, it had two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Before being abandoned, the property was worth R$9 million. There, the presenter hosted parties and received politicians and celebrities.
