The payment of the rent of two commercial premises rented by the comedian has been delayed for months

the comedian Whindersson Nunes has received eviction notice of two commercial premises that he had rented in São Paulo, due to the delay in payment of rents. He was given a 15-day period to vacate the property, located in an apartment building in the Pinheiros neighborhood.

According to the publication, the youtuber rented the properties in March last year but, two months later, began paying the rent late.
The lessee has decided to go to court to receive the overdue sums. How Whindersson not presenting proof of payments, the court therefore decided to terminate the contract and evict the properties.
In addition to the 15-day deadline to voluntarily vacate the properties, the comedian was also sentenced to pay the rent, with fines and charges and other expenses generated until the rooms were handed over to the owner.
The lessee also asks for the payment of a penalty of R $ 14,208.33, proportional to the 31 months not respected in the contract, as Whindersson’s departure is anticipated.
