Since Dulce’s death on December 25, her daughter, Romina Mircoli, has been embroiled in allegations that she abused her mother.
Francisco Cantú, a friend of the singer, assured the journalist Javier Ceriani, in December, that he allegedly revealed to him that her first-born daughter “tried to throw her down the stairs of the house”.
Rumors of a possible bad relationship between them increased after, on January 6, the program “De Primera Mano” broadcast audios in which Romina is heard referring to her mother with various insults.
Dulce denied that her daughter “hit” her.
Although in the weeks before her death Dulce did not address how her relationship with her son was, she had in the past.
For example, in September 2017, he told Gustavo Adolfo Infante, in an interview for “The minute that changed my destiny”, that everything was going well with Romina Mircoli.
“She’s a big girl, a beautiful girl, I get on really well with her. Due to work, she lives in one city and I live in another, but we see each other all the time and talk every day,” he said.
In their conversation, the communicator directly asked the interpreter of “Your doll” if, as already said, her daughter had attacked her.
“No, no, no, no. This is the most painful and sad thing I’ve ever experienced, I ended up in the hospital, having an operation for appendicitis and I don’t know how many angry things I did,” he replied.
“Thank God that never happened. “It seems to me to be the most terrifying deviation I have ever seen,” he added.
The actress described it as a “sin” for someone to attack her mother: “And to blame my daughter was such a great pain for me.”
“I don’t care if they say someone hit me, what matters to me is that they can even assume that my daughter could hit me. I mean, that never happened, we both cried a lot,” she said.
Dulce’s daughter confirms they had ‘differences’
At the beginning of the week, the show Hoy aired the conversation that Andrea Escalona had with Romina Mircoli, who finally responded to the allegations.
“I didn’t always agree with my mother on everything, it’s true. We had differences, who doesn’t? This is normal, but we also had beautiful moments,” he said.
He claimed that after Dulce became ill and was hospitalized, he was with her “day and night.”
“There was a time when my mother could no longer take care of herself, I moved her, fed her, clothed her, changed her,” he said.
Likewise, he made it clear that he did comply with the artist’s last wish, which asked him to choose “the most precious urn” and take it to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
