Jesús Guerrero, a celebrity stylist who worked with Jennifer López, Kylie Jenner, Rosalía, Anitta and Katy Perry, among many others, died at the age of 34.
The news of his death was confirmed by his younger sister, Gray, through a Gofundme page in which he wrote:
“With great regret, we let people know that Jesus Guerrero has gone to heaven. He is a son, a brother, a uncle, an artist, a friend and much more.
“He was born and raised in Houston, Texas, of immigrant parents, Jesus learned to work hard and dreamed of bringing his skills to the top. Unfortunately, his death came very suddenly and unexpectedly,” he added.
In her message, she did not specify what caused the death, which occurred on Friday, February 21, of the hair expert.
For his part, the Wall team, a company that represented him, issued a statement in which he assured that it was “a special soul whose kindness and trade deeply marked the lives of many”.
“We are disappointed and destroyed by this tragic loss. The time that happened with us was very short, but his constant impact on the industry is enormous and everyone who knew him will lose him very much,” they said.
Jesús Guerrero’s family expresses his emotion
In addition to informing what happened, Gray announced that the money he is growing is to get Jesus Guerrero in his last home: his homeland.
“At present, his family takes care of his personal belongings and arrangements to get him home, in Houston,” he said.
In Instagram’s stories, in his official Hairylist account, their loved ones said: “We want to thank everyone for the love and support during this difficult period.”
“Jesus was the brightest light, we never questioned that he touched the hearts and lives of all those with whom he crossed,” they said.
“We have fallen into tears suddenly to remember and ask what we could do differently to have it with us,” they confessed.
In another “post,” he says: “I don’t know how people will continue without their light, but I know it will give us the strength to overcome any obstacle. Rest with peace, Jesus, we all love you.
According to people, Guerrero was founded in Los Angeles and also arranged Kim and Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Christina Aguilera in more than one cases.
