The actor spoke in detail about the new film, work in the series “Chikatilo”, professional stunts, the fight against burnout and his 32-year-old son Kirill. He also develops an acting career, but he refused to play the role of the on-screen son of the protagonist of The Hunter. It seems that Cyril does not want to be associated with the audience with his famous father.

He has grown a lot. For brilliant actors, this comes immediately, but for us, for ordinary ones, this comes with experience. Unfortunately, Kirill and I did not work together much. Right now, in the film “Hunter”, he refused to play my son, he does not want parallels and the appearance of us together in the frame.

Nagiyev noted that he agreed with his son’s decision, at the same time hinting at the presence of grandchildren. However, the actor did not provide any details to the publication.

Perhaps this is correct. I, like dad, would be happy – once again my son is under supervision. And the son is already a father himself …

The actor also spoke about Cyril’s future film projects.

We rarely met on the set, but I see his films – he starts to work more and more accurately. On the way, he has a film about Yesenin “December” by the same Klim Shipenko and other serious stories. So I’ll be happy to wait and see.

Recall that Kirill Nagiev was born on August 31, 1989 from the marriage of Dmitry with radio host Alisa Sher. The couple divorced in 2010 after 18 years of marriage. By the way, this is not the first time that Nagiyev Sr. let it slip – in 2018 he hinted that he had become a grandfather in a television interview. However, Nagiyev hides the personal from prying eyes, and this hint only stirred up a wave of rumors, which have now become more distinct.

Shooting of the film “Hunter” started in May this year. The film is about a blind hermit who struggles to survive. The director and producer of the picture was Sarik Andreasyan, with whom Dmitry Nagiyev had already worked on the series “Chikatilo”, the films “Goodbye, America”, “Girls are different”, “Nagiev in quarantine” and “Nagiev on vacation”.
