Britney Spears said she was so traumatized by what she suffered under her father’s tutelage that she should no longer play in shows. The rant was posted on Instagram, but she deleted the message soon after. According to the singer, her experiences of being forced to sing by her father made her hate performing at her concerts.
“I am so traumatized in life and I will probably never perform again, just because I am stubborn and will prove my point,” she said. Among the examples of trauma, she cited a lack of creative control: only the images of the song “Work Bitch”, released during the period, satisfied the singer.
She also didn’t have the right to choose a team and was forced to work with dancers she fought with.
Britney added that she didn’t even have access to her tour and rehearsal photos, even though she had been looking forward to doing so for months.
Britney’s last show took place in 2017, when she ended her Las Vegas residency. Even after her guardianship ended, she didn’t mention any plans to perform or tour, but she released the song “Hold Me Closer”, starring Elton John.
After deleting the post, he posted another one with an audio in which he says to pray that his parents “burn in hell”.
In the audio, she remembers when she was a child and had a breast cyst. Her parents had her treated as if she were cancer, but she wasn’t. From Spears’ point of view, “they were just bad” and she felt “that my dad was trying to kill me.”
Sharing the message, the singer added: “It’s only been 10 months since my guardianship ended. I wouldn’t wish this kind of pain on anyone! It’s extremely difficult for me to accept that my family did this to me. Rest of Per As for my mother and father, who sat down and hid my coffee from me, to wake me up and feel dead and scared like a lady, and they threw me away, I say it out loud and proudly: I pray you you burn in hell. “
After this new outburst, Britney’s entire Instagram went down.
