The brand has launched a campaign involving kids with teddy bears with items for adults
Kim Kardashian broke his silence on the recent controversy surrounding the Balenciaga, a brand that has a partnership. After the brand released a campaign involving children holding teddy bears with fetish items, the web demanded an official statement from the socialite.
I thought people were trolling, but no. It’s true. Maybe that’s why Balenciaga left Twitter. They don’t want to be held accountable. Yes, these kids are holding teddy bears dressed in bondage gear. pic.twitter.com/zBlACUiZjo

Then, this Sunday, Kim took to her Twitter to talk about the situation, explaining the reason for her delay. “I’ve been quiet these past few days, not because I’m not disgusted and outraged by Balenciaga’s recent campaigns, but because I wanted the opportunity to speak with their team to figure out for myself how this could have happened.” started the Kardashian.
“As a mother of four, I was shocked by the disturbing images. The safety of children must be held in the utmost regard and any attempt to normalize child abuse of any kind must have no place in our society – period,” discussed then.
Kim then thanked Balenciaga for the apology, as well as the removal of the campaign. So, he said he believed the brand understood the gravity of the situation.
However, when asked by the socialite about the future of her relationship with the brand, she said she’s reevaluating. 🇧🇷I’m relying on their willingness to accept responsibility for something that should never have happened and the actions I hope to see them take to protect children.”
