A native of Moravia, Šárka Křapová founded the author fashion brand crap 7 years ago and thus fulfilled her lifelong passion for fashion and art. She presented the first collection of models at her exhibition of paintings in the premises of Czech tourism in Prague in 2016, and she enjoyed great interest.

Maximum emphasis on the quality of the material and processing used is important especially for the designer Šárka Křapová to highlight the unique beauty of a woman who wants to feel not only trendy, but also comfortable and especially herself every day.

Although Šárka has more favorite fashion pieces, she feels great love, especially for one specific one: “I love vests! I think it is a practical and indispensable accessory for every wardrobe. Whether short, long, summer, winter, hooded or without, they always perfectly complement and underline the whole outfit. The vest can be well combined, layered, hides some unwanted parts, or, conversely, highlights the desired ones. It’s just that the vest should be in every closet, and I’m happy to include it in my collections. “

Even at the Krapa brand, they are fully preparing for the official arrival of spring, which is evidenced by more airy materials, vivid colors and wool coats, which are definitely among the must-have pieces in March.

“I offer collections in limited editions with the possibility of customization, I emphasize detail, minimalist chic cut and unlimited combinability. When choosing materials that are mostly from Italy, I focus on their longevity and good maintenance. I like to work with natural materials, such as viscose, cotton, wool, and silk will also appear in this year’s summer collection. All clothes are made in Prague, ” describes the work of the author of the collections and adds: “In the last two years, I have also included leather accessories in my collections, such as the very popular variable threading leather belts and pockets, which will perfectly underline the model.”

3 years ago, Šárka Křapová opened a showroom in Trojská Street in Prague, where she fully devotes herself to women. Her rewards are satisfied customers, which are constantly increasing and are at the same time a great inspiration.

If you ask Šárka about her plans for 2022, she is clear: “It’s hard to expect anything at all at this special time, so I rather hope … that I can finally organize a fashion show, which I’ve been planning for almost 3 years. That women will still want to dress well and comfortably, and I will create collections for them that they will be happy to wear and return enthusiastically for more. “
