ABOUT YOU will present its exclusive collection with supermodel and entrepreneur Bella Hadid. The Fall/Winter collection, inspired by styles typical of the period 1990-2009, consists of 64 models, all of which reflect Bella Hadid’s personality. The result is designs that represent the perfect balance of classic and unconventional contemporary fashion.

Caio Bella

The About You brand has chosen businesswoman and one of the world’s most recognized supermodels, Bella Hadid, as a partner for its latest international collection. This American model is known for her unique and sophisticated style. Her fresh and casual urban style, sometimes complemented with pieces characteristic of the 90s, proves that Bella is perfectly versed in the world of fashion and has an eye for upcoming fashion trends. But it wasn’t just her stunning and distinctive style that led About You to the idea of ​​creating a collection together with this model. Her enthusiasm to be part of and involved in the creation of designs from start to finish and to be the stylist of her own collection also played a big role.

Off Duty model

The first joint collection offers the ultimate capsule wardrobe, carried in a ‘Model Off Duty’ style. All styles are inspired by a diverse range of 90s designs. In the collection you can find a lot of combinations of men’s straight style suits, short flared skirts and playful tops that emphasize femininity. The color palette of the collection ranges from warm earth tones to bright tones such as red and accents of lime and pink. Overall, the collection uses a variety of materials, including mesh, jersey, denim and leather. The highlight is four upcycled models made from 100% recycled denim fabric: a handbag and a tie as accessories coordinated with a mini and midi skirt.

“I had the pleasure of this personal work with the About You team on my vision, which we brought to life. They gave me room to be creative, the ability to design the collection the way I wanted, and I had a lot of fun filming these stunning models, which I was able to accessorize with a few pieces of my own. I was happy to have a free hand to be fully involved in this whole process. I put a lot of my heart and soul into this collection and I can’t wait for it to make others as happy as I am.” Bella stated.

The editorial campaign was mainly focused on designed models that evoke a dark and magical atmosphere. The goal was to create a campaign that would be special and portray Bella in a very special way. The campaign was photographed and filmed by internationally renowned artists Conor Cunningham and Tyrell Hampton in New York. “The first photoshoot with Bella was inspiring for the entire team involved. She is a professional and knows exactly how she wants to present her collection to the public. It was a fantastic experience for us.” added Julian Jansen, Content Director ABOUT YOU. All 64 pieces will be on sale from 10 October 2022 in all 26 About You online stores across Europe, in sizes XS to XXL. Prices will range from CZK 629 to CZK 4,999.
