Katelin Gregg has quietly listed her members-only Bondi skin clinic Fayshell for sale with a $1.65 million price tag in Sydney.

Gregg, the daughter of Mondeal Aesthetics founder Rob Gregg, co-founded the business in 2022. The clinic operates locations in Bondi Junction and Neutral Bay, offering $700,000 in designer fit-outs, plans for a third site, and a planned move into cosmetic injectables while seeking a new financial partner.

The commercial real estate agent handling the listing confirmed the sale before requesting a non-disclosure agreement after the details were made public.

Gregg established Fayshell alongside her then-best friend Ella James, but internal tensions developed between the co-founders. James quietly stepped back from media appearances and brand partnerships, leaving Gregg as the public chief executive while James managed creative operations.

Although Gregg recently hosted staff on a work retreat, marketing materials describe Fayshell as a semi-managed business that allows a new owner to delegate daily operations.

The decision to sell follows months of overseas travel for Gregg, who called off her engagement to Ray White Commercial chief executive James Linacre at the start of the year. While Gregg spent the European summer abroad, a woman named Lolita Miakinkova took Fayshell to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) last week under undisclosed circumstances.

Michael Kodari Makes Public Displays in Double Bay
In nearby Double Bay, self-styled investment guru Michael Kodari has drawn local attention through conspicuous outings across Sydney nightlife.

The 50-something founder of Kodari Securities, also known as KOSEC, has been spotted booking VIP booths at local nightclubs while accompanied by hired bodyguards.

During these club visits, Kodari organized bottle servers to carry signs reading "billionaire in the club" and "the king is back."

Official Rich Lists show no record of Kodari's name, suggesting his financial status remains unverified unless his wealth is hidden from public view.

Kodari Securities markets investment strategies to older Australians for self-managed superannuation funds, promising wealth cultivation and capital preservation. Kodari also sells branded luxury merchandise, including silk scarves and cufflinks, and established an organization holding monthly networking events for business figures. Local residents frequently report seeing Kodari and his security team driving around Double Bay in a McLaren.

GBA Capital Assistant Criticizes Contacts Over Charity Drive
In Sydney's financial sector, Tatiana Malova has publicly criticized personal acquaintances who declined to contribute to a corporate fundraising event.

Malova works as an executive assistant at GBA Capital, an independently owned stockbroking firm, and also operates a high-end matchmaking business. Ahead of an annual charity trading day sponsored by the Australian Fund Manager Foundation and the Australian Stockbrokers Foundation, she posted several complaints on her personal Instagram account.

"Another interesting response from people I consider friends and have known for many years is that they're already supporting other charities," Malova wrote on Instagram. "It looks like my friends list, along with my kindness, needs to be cut down."

She also targeted contacts who had accepted her hospitality in the past. "And this is after these people stayed at our house, came on our boat and were treated to meals," she wrote.
In a follow-up message, she added: "The funniest thing about my fundraising initiative is hearing from people who spend between $500 and $10,000 on meals that they can't donate anything."
When asked about the public rants, Malova stated that her social media activity was personal and separate from her corporate role. She noted that all brokerage fees generated by institutional and private clients on the September 9 trading day would go directly to non-profit beneficiaries.
Malova highlighted that the Australian Stockbrokers Foundation has raised over $9 million since its creation for 10 to 12 partner charities supporting community welfare and disadvantaged children. She added that the Australian Fund Manager Foundation supports groups such as Odyssey House NSW, which provides drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation.
A spokesperson for GBA Capital declined to clarify if Malova had approval to solicit donations or if management reviewed her social media posts. "We would ask that any coverage remain focused on the beneficiaries of this event, which exists solely to raise funds for the charitable causes supported by these two not-for-profit organisations," the spokesperson stated.
Bellevue Hill Estate Listed for $37 Million After Police Probe
Sydney property owners Garrett and Stephanie Jandegian have placed their second Bellevue Hill home on the market with a $37 million price guide.
The couple purchased the five-bedroom Beresford Road property for $15.1 million in 2023. A sale at the asking price would more than double their money in three years on the four-storey residence, which featured on the cover of Real Estate magazine and includes a swimming pool, spa, sauna, ice bath and harbour-view wellness studio.
Before purchasing the estate, Stephanie served as Sydney bureau chief for Nine's A Current Affair and appeared as a dancer on Network Ten's 2008 reality series So You Think You Can Dance. Garrett co-founded an alkaline water business before the couple established Pharma Soul, a medical supply company that distributed rapid antigen tests and personal protective equipment during the pandemic.
The listing follows a dawn raid by Organised Crime Squad detectives on the couple's other Bellevue Hill mansion in February last year, which became public in April. The raid formed part of a multi-agency investigation into alleged money laundering and unexplained wealth involving third parties. Police seized documents and a mobile phone, but neither Garrett nor Stephanie was arrested or charged, and they face no allegations of wrongdoing.
Detectives were gathering evidence related to businessman Marios Alexandridis, who was later charged with commercial cocaine supply and has a District Court fitness hearing scheduled for October 15. When asked about the raid last month, Stephanie said: "It probably makes more sense to you. And you probably realise that this has absolutely nothing to do with us since you've been following it. That's the only comment I can make... Thank you very much for the call though. If you'd like to send me an email, you're more than welcome to." Written inquiries sent to her email bounced back, and follow-up text messages received no response. The couple was subsequently seen shopping for gold in Haymarket in April 2025.
Michael Burn Named Chief Executive of Fintech Startup
Former escort agency operator Michael Burn has transitioned into corporate finance after being named chief executive and co-founder of Australian fintech platform Jingle.
Burn previously co-owned high-end escort service Jake Ryan with former partner Jeff Williams, which involved a public Apprehended Violence Order dispute between the two men. Burn began dating BondiBoost founder Alexandra Jakob in September 2023 and has her name tattooed on his chest. The couple became engaged in September 2024 and plan to marry at Grantley Hall in Yorkshire Dales, England, later this year. Burn and Jakob were photographed leaving Downing Centre Local Court in February as Burn launched the new credit initiative.
Rebecca Vallance Reduces Price Guide on Vaucluse Mansion
Fashion designer Rebecca Vallance and her financier husband David Gasan have lowered the asking price on their Vaucluse mansion to about $28 million following six months on the market.
The couple initially listed the European-inspired home in February with a $35 million price guide. Marketed by Paul Biller and Ben Torban of Biller Property, the harbourside estate features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, three kitchens, and a multi-level layout. Vallance and Gasan purchased the property in 2018 for $4.45 million when it was a two-storey residence before executing extensive renovations. Vallance launched her self-titled fashion line in Paris in 2011, building an international brand sold in major department stores and worn by celebrity and royal clients.
