This year's line-up features some of the biggest names in Brazilian sertanejo music, including Ana Castela, Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano, Leonardo, Simaria, Gusttavo Lima and Chitãozinho & Xororó.
Sertanejo is Brazil's country music genre, and the Festa do Peão de Barretos, held annually in the city of Barretos in São Paulo state, is one of the world's largest rodeo festivals, drawing large crowds of fans dressed in Western-inspired looks.

According to CNN Brasil, the traditional look built around hats, boots, leather and jeans has taken on a more glamorous edge this year, mixing those classic pieces with sparkle, fringe, buckles and other maximalist accessories.

Boots remain one of the central pieces of the country look, prized for both their function and their symbolism, the outlet noted. Fans who favour tradition can stick to classic or Texan-style models, while those looking for something more modern can choose boots with embroidery, cutouts and bolder colours.
Jeans With Cutouts and Fringe
For a more comfortable option, jeans are described as an essential and reliable choice. Bootcut or straight-leg styles are said to sit better over boots, while darker washes work best for the overall look. Denim or twill in earthy tones, meanwhile, helps achieve a country feel.
