Infanta Elena of Spain demonstrated a versatile autumn outfit on Monday, wearing a pink check jacket in Zaragoza and Madrid.

Infanta Elena Wears Pink Gingham Jacket Twice in One Day

Infanta Elena wore a pink and white vichy check jacket for two separate public events in Zaragoza and Madrid on Monday without changing clothes.

The King's sister demonstrated how a single statement garment can anchor two completely different looks, starting her morning schedule in northeastern Spain and ending the evening at a film premiere in the capital.

The centerpiece of both outfits was a pink and white gingham blazer featuring a slightly tailored silhouette and decorative gold buttons. During the day, she opted for a relaxed denim ensemble before transitioning into tailored black trousers for her evening appearance.

Infanta Elena, the eldest sister of King Felipe VI, is a prominent member of the Spanish royal family who frequently represents social and charitable foundations across the country.

Daytime visit to Zaragoza bus campaign

For her morning commitment in Zaragoza, Infanta Elena chose an informal styling option. She paired the vibrant check blazer with light blue wide-leg jeans, creating a simple yet colorful daytime look.

She completed the morning outfit with a crisp white shirt and added a pink hat trimmed with a black ribbon that coordinated directly with the tones of her jacket.

The visit aimed to support the inclusion of people with disabilities. During her speech at the launch of the Cambia el filtro bus initiative, Infanta Elena highlighted the importance of getting to know individuals closely to discover their true capabilities and talent.

Zaragoza, the capital of Spain's Aragon region, regularly hosts national awareness campaigns aimed at promoting accessibility and social integration.

Evening film premiere in Madrid

Hours later, Infanta Elena returned to Madrid to attend the premiere of Arriba Tutto, the directorial debut feature film by José Mota, held at the Cinema Capitol. Rather than changing her outfit after traveling back to the capital, she retained the pink check jacket from earlier in the day.

To adapt the garment for the evening event, she replaced the light denim jeans with structured black trousers. The swap instantly transformed the ensemble into a refined look suited for a night at the cinema.

The premiere brought attention to the directorial debut of José Mota, one of Spain's best-known comedians and television personalities. Cinema Capitol, located on Madrid's iconic Gran Vía avenue, is a historic venue for high-profile film premieres.

The two outfits provide a practical formula for autumn wardrobes by keeping a standout focal piece and adjusting only the surrounding basics. By pairing the same jacket with daytime denim and nighttime black trousers, the royal demonstrated how a single piece can adapt seamlessly from day to night.
