Actress Lauren Socha has revealed she quietly gave birth to her third daughter, Roxie-Marie, in August in a TikTok video on Tuesday.
The 36-year-old star shared a sweet black and white video of her newborn daughter with followers on the social media platform, confirming her baby's name and stating that Roxie-Marie will be her final child.
Socha is already a mother to two older daughters, 10-year-old Reenie and two-year-old Lucia. She explained to fans on social media that her family is now complete following the arrival of her third girl.

Challenges of the Newborn Stage
Despite her delight at expanding her family, the actress was candid about how demanding she finds the initial weeks of caring for an infant, admitting she cannot wait to be coming out the trenches.
Cuddling her daughter in the video update shared on Tuesday, Socha addressed her followers directly about the mental toll of the newborn period. "I just want to speak on this because I feel like as mothers we don't really speak on this," she told fans. "I love my children dearly, every single one of them, and I've been a mum for like nearly 11 years. But I really, really do not like the newborn stage. I really don't."
The star explained that evening routines trigger particular difficulty for her as a parent. "I have severe anxiety around this time of night because of the witching hour," she said. "And Roxie, she's she's eight weeks tomorrow. and I can not tell you how excited I am to be coming out the trenches."

The witching hour is a well-known phenomenon in infant care, referring to a period of intense fussiness and crying that commonly occurs in newborns during the late afternoon and evening hours. Healthcare specialists note that infant distress during these hours can be heightened by fatigue, sensory overload, or digestive development, often creating significant stress for parents.
Coping With Sleep Deprivation and Night Feeds
The actress recalled feeling apprehensive about sleep disruption throughout her pregnancy. "I was obviously over like over the moon when I was pregnant, but there was like a tiny percentage of me, where I was like, 'oh my god, I'm gonna have to do like the night feeds and stuff, and I'm gonna be really sleep deprived'," she admitted.
However, she noted that Roxie-Marie's nighttime routine has slowly improved as she approaches two months of age. "She's obviously getting a lot more settled at night time, so she only gets up once in the night for a feed," Socha shared. "So they every two hours is slowly fading.... But at night time she's going for five hours, which is great."
Socha added that her mental well-being improves as her children grow more interactive. "I feel more confident and more okay mentally when they are able to sit up and have more interaction because I'm so anxious all the time when I have her that I just check, she's breathing," she explained. "I get quite obsessed with how much milk she has. So at this time of night, it's horrific for me, anxiety-wise."
Managing a newborn alongside a toddler has created an overwhelming daily routine. "And in the mix-up of all of that, I have a very busy, crazy two-year-old, so all of it is very overwhelming for me," Socha said. "However, I wouldn't change it for the world."
She expressed excitement for the future relationship between her young daughters. "Like Roxie and Lucia will be the best of friends and I can't wait for that," she said. "And Reenie is just an amazing big sister, so I'm so blessed and I'm so grateful that I had this. But yeah, I really don't enjoy the newborn stage at all, and I can't wait to come out of it. Does anyone else feel like that, or is it just me?"
