Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups coconut (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) half-aged grated Minas (standard) cheese
  • margarine for greasing
  • grated coconut for dusting

Syrup

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk, coconut milk, butter, flour and eggs until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add the coconut, grated cheese and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a 22cm diameter springform pan lined with greased baking paper and place in a medium preheated oven (180°C) for 25 minutes or until golden and firm.
  4. Remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold.
  5. In a saucepan, bring the syrup ingredients to a boil over medium heat.
  6. Turn off, water the cake, sprinkle with grated coconut and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar (tea)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup(s) of dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Syrup

  • 1 cup of orange juice (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the sugar, eggs, coconut milk, milk, butter, shredded coconut, cheese, flour and baking powder.
  2. Place in cake tins lined with paper cups.
  3. Fill the mold halfway. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Reserve.
  4. For the syrup, in a pan, bring the ingredients to the heat and boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool, water the queijadinhas and serve after.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of drained corn
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 100 g of coarsely grated coconut
  • 100 g grated parmesan

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the corn, condensed milk, eggs, milk, butter and flour until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix the coconut and cheese together with a spoon.
  3. Distribute into tart pans lined with paper ramekins, without filling completely.
  4. Place in a skillet and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
  5. Leave to cool, unmold and serve afterwards.

Ingredients:

  • 3 gems
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) of grated aged Minas-type cheese
  • 250 g of grated coconut
  • Grated coconut to taste for dusting
  • Butter and wheat flour to grease and flour the moulds

Syrup:

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift yolks and whites and beat them with a whisk. Reserve.
  2. In another bowl, mix sugar, milk, butter and stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Combine the two compounds and gradually add the wheat flour, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the cheese, coconut and mix until smooth.
  5. Distribute the dough into buttered and floured molds and bake in a preheated oven (200ºC) for about 45 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile prepare the syrup.
  7. Put the sugar and water in a pan and simmer over low heat until you get a thick syrup.
  8. Take the queijadinhas while they are still hot, drizzle them with the syrup and sprinkle them with the grated coconut.

  • 1 kg of grated raw cassava
  • 3 cups sugar (tea)
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • 100 g of grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients well.
  2. Place in a buttered and floured round shape.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden and brown.
  4. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and unmold.

  • 1 cup of grated semi-hard cheese
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, milk, butter, flour and eggs for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add the coconut and grated cheese and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a buttered and floured 22cm x 30cm mold and place in the preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven, let it cool, cut into squares and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 can orange juice (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 100 g of grated coconut
  • 50 g of grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • margarine for greasing

Syrup:

  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 50 g of grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, condensed milk, juice, coconut, cheese, butter and salt in a blender.
  2. Grease the molds for medium pies with margarine and pour the dough until almost 2/3 full.
  3. Put it in a form and take it in the medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool and unroll.
  5. For the syrup, in a saucepan bring the coconut milk, shredded coconut and sugar to a boil and bring to the boil.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes and leave to cool.
  7. Serve the queijadinha topped with the syrup.
