Ingredients:
- 1 pack of strawberries (300 g)
- 2 boxes of strawberry flavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water (tea)
- 1/3 cup (tea) cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups soft tofu, washed and drained
Method of preparation:
- Reserve 5 strawberries to decorate.
- Cut the rest into slices and set aside.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water.
- In a bowl, heat the ricotta in the microwave at maximum power for 30 seconds, or heat it on the stove, over medium heat, in a bain-marie, until it reaches the desired consistency.
- In a blender, blend the ricotta, gelatin and tofu on low speed until smooth.
- Add the reserved sliced strawberries to the cream and pour this mixture into a medium removable rim shape.
- Refrigerate for 10 hours or until set.
- Develop and decorate with reserved strawberries. Serve.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 3 cups peas (frozen)
- 1 cup of water (tea)
- ½ cup mint leaves (tea)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Tofu cubes and peas to garnish
Method of preparation:
- In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Then add the ginger and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the peas and water and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
- Wait for it to cool down and blend the mint to give the broth a refreshing flavour.
- Return to the heat to warm through, season with salt and pepper, transfer to individual bowls and garnish with tofu and peas and serve.

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup chives (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- salt to taste
- 2 glasses (400 ml) of light coconut milk
- 400 g of diced tofu
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
Method of preparation:
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat.
- Add the chives, ginger and garlic and stir for about 2 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients, except the basil, reduce the heat and boil for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with basil and serve with white rice.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup (200 ml) of milk
- 5 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 cup light cream cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups tofu (diced)
Method of preparation:
- Over medium heat, heat a pan with the butter and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour and fry 2 minutes.
- Pour in the milk, a little at a time, stirring until it thickens.
- Add the ricotta, ketchup, salt and pepper and mix.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook 2 minutes.
- Serve then accompanied by brown rice and green salad.

Ingredients:
- 500 g of diced tofu
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of soybean oil
- 2 coarsely grated carrots
- 1 cup green beans (diced)
- 1 red pepper in strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green onion to decorate
- Toasted white sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
- Dip the tofu in the wheat flour.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown.
- Remove and reserve in a warm place.
- Put the vegetables in the same pan and sauté them for 5 minutes over high heat or until they are crunchy.
- Remove and reserve.
- Add the tofu, vegetables, soy sauce, season with salt, black pepper and mix.
- Garnish with green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
