Thursday 16 March will be held at Dalva e Dito, one of Alex Atala’s restaurants, a solidarity dinner in support of the victims of the rains on the north coast. The action is an initiative of chef Edinho Engel, of the Manacá restaurant, and the menu will be signed by a team of starred chefs.
All proceeds raised will be used to rebuild communities and help rain victims on the north coast. “Solidarity is the only way to remain human in the midst of this tragedy,” says Edinho.
Ten renowned chefs have already been confirmed and will sign the menu of the event. In addition to Edinho and Alex, the dinner will offer dishes by Helena Rizzo (Maní and Cassava), Erick Jacquin (President, Lvtetia and Ça Va), Rodrigo Oliveira (Mocotó and Balaio), Oscar Bosch (Tanit and Nit), Renata Vanzetto (Ema ), Ivan Ralston (formerly Tuju and Tujuina) and Eudes Assis (Taioba). Yesterday, chef Emmanuel Bassoleil (Skye) joined the team of chefs.
The dishes are varied, with new creations and established recipes. Chef Edinho Engel will present a prawns breaded in tapioca with lambão sauce.
Ivan Ralston, ex Tuju and Tujuína, will prepare a Grilled grouper with pil pil with peas.
A crab shell with rice flakes by EmaThe dinner will also be attended by , by Renata Vanzetto.
At the end of the dinner, chef Helena Rizzo prepares your dessert with aluá, tapioca, bacuri, pineapple, black tucupi and coconut ice cream.
The event will take place at 20:00 on March 16, at Dalva e Dito, Rua Padre João Manuel, 1115. The dinner costs R$ 1000 reais and reservations can be made by calling (11) 99175-1221.
