Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons ice water (approximately)
- 200 g of dulce de leche cut into cubes
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and butter to form a farofa.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Add the water, little by little, until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed. If necessary, add more water.
- Then wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Immediately after, open the dough with a rolling pin and, with a pastry ring, make 5 cm circles.
- Place a cube of dulce de leche in the center of each dough and pinch the ends on top of it, squeezing to secure.
- Then, arrange them side by side on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place them in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 15 minutes or until set, without
