Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons ice water (approximately)
  • 200 g of dulce de leche cut into cubes

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and butter to form a farofa.
  2. Add the eggs and mix.
  3. Add the water, little by little, until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed. If necessary, add more water.
  4. Then wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
