Oat bread

ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of sweet tea sprinkled
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of organic yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 peeled and grated carrot
  • 1 tea cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of tea chestnut dough
  • Coconut oil for greasing
  • Wholemeal flour for dusting

Method of preparation

In a bowl, put the oats, sugared almonds, brown sugar and xanthan gum and mix well. Make a hole in the center of the dough and add the egg, salt and half the water. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous consistency and, little by little, add the rest of the water. Finally add the mix of chestnuts, walnuts and carrots and mix well. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Next, grease a baking tray with coconut oil and flour it with wheat flour, pour the dough over it and bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 35 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down, unmold and serve.

Chicken meatballs with oatmeal

ingredients

  • 350 g of breast chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of peeled and chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of peeled and grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of fine rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for grilling
  • Salt, ground black pepper and chopped chives to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the chicken and grind to a paste-like consistency. Transfer the chicken to a container and add the garlic, salt, onion, black pepper, chives, carrots and oats. Mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Grease your hands with olive oil and, with the help of a spoon, take a little dough and shape it into a ball. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside. In a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown on both sides. Serve immediately.

Method of preparation

With the help of a fork, love the pumpkin pieces. Add the oats, coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Reserve. Method of preparation
