Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 cup of oil (tea)
- 1 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 1 pot of natural yoghurt (170g)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
- Chocolate grain to sprinkle
Chocolate syrup
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Method of preparation:
- First, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, chocolate, flour, water, yoghurt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Then pour into a greased and floured 22cm x 30cm mold and place in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until set.
- Then let it cool and cut it into pieces.
- Bring the syrup ingredients over medium heat until they dissolve and form a syrup.
- Finally, spread over the cake, sprinkle with tails and serve.
