- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

- 3 cups (tea) of Nutella®
- 2 sliced bananas

Method of preparation:
- For the garnish, put the sugar and banana in a pan and brown it slightly.
- Turn off and reserve.
- For the filling, mix the ingredients well and set aside.
- For the dough, beat the flour, milk, oil, eggs and sugar in a mixer.
- Heat a medium-greased non-stick pan over medium heat and place a ladleful of dough, turn to cover the entire bottom, let it begin to brown and brown on the other side.
- Proceed in the same way with all the dough.
- Distribute the filling over the dough discs and fold in twice.

- Strawberries to decorate
- 2 cups strawberry jam (tea)
Method of preparation:
- For the dough, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Immediately after, sift and transfer to another bowl.
- Add the milk, essence and oil to the dry ingredients, mixing with a wire whisk.
- The dough should be thick.
- In a medium, greased nonstick skillet, place a medium ladleful of the pasta.
- As soon as bubbles begin to form and the sides are browned, turn the dough over to brown the other side.
- Proceed in the same way with all the dough.
- Make 2 stacks of pancakes with 4 batters each.
- In each pile, scatter the paste and gelatin, ending with the paste.
- Sprinkle with honey and decorate with strawberries.

- 1/2 cup honey (tea)
- Ground cinnamon for dusting
Filling
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 5 sliced bananas
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the flour, half the oats, milk, baking powder, salt, oil and egg.
- Add the remaining oats and mix.
- Heat a greased nonstick skillet over medium heat and fry 1 ladleful of the batter until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the procedure until you run out of dough. Reserve.
- For the filling, in a skillet over medium heat, heat the butter.
- Add the banana, sugar, cinnamon and cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn off and reserve.
- Divide the filling between the pancakes and fold them in half.
- Finally sprinkle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For the filling, put the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder in a pan over medium heat and stir until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- In a frying pan, greased with margarine, over medium heat, fry portions of dough until golden brown on both sides.
- Fill the pancakes with the brigadeiro, fold them in half and sprinkle them with chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately.
