Easy lemon mousse

- 1 and 1/2 pack cornstarch or marie biscuits (300g)
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (lemon)
- 1 jar of cream
- 3 egg whites
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- Sliced lemon to decorate
Method of preparation
In the blender, quickly grind the cookies. Reserve. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, lemon juice, heavy cream, and gelatin prepared according to package directions until creamy. Transfer to a bowl, gently mix the egg whites. In a tall glass, intersperse layers of lemon mousse and crumbled biscuits. Decorate with lemon slices and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 cups powdered milk (approximately)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- Fry oil
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon for dusting
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the powdered milk, little by little, until you get a curled tip. If necessary, add more powdered milk. Form balls and book. In a bowl mix the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and milk, stirring with a spoon. Add the flour, a little at a time, mixing until smooth. Add the yeast and mix. Pour the balls of condensed milk into the dough. Fry by the spoonfuls in hot oil until golden brown, getting a scoop of condensed milk in each spoonful. Drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
Cottage cheese cake with condensed milk

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) crumbled cottage cheese
- Juice and zest of 1 orange zest
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical)
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- cornstarch for dusting
Method of preparation
Blend the condensed milk, eggs, cottage cheese, juice, milk, sugar, cornstarch and margarine in a blender. Add the orange zest, the yeast and mix. Pour into a 26 cm diameter buttered and floured mould. Spread the raisins sprinkled with cornstarch and bake for 40 minutes. Leave to cool and serve at room temperature or cold. If desired, drizzle with condensed milk.

- 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 cup of butter (tea)
- 2 tablespoons cold water (approximately)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Margarine to grease the mold
Filling
- 4 chopped apples
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- 3 gems
- 1 lemon juice
Method of preparation
In a bowl mix the flour, butter, water and sugar with your fingertips until you get a smooth dough. If necessary, add more water until your hands get dirty. Roll out one side of the dough with a rolling pin on a smooth surface and line the bottom and sides of a greased 22cm diameter springform pan. Reserve. For the filling, mix the apples, raisins, condensed milk, flour, cinnamon, butter, egg yolks, lemon juice in a bowl and pour over the dough. Make strips with the rest of the dough and decorate the cake, weaving the strips. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from the oven, let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour. Turn out onto a plate and serve immediately.
Sweet donut filled with boiled condensed milk

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 2 tablespoons of softened butter
- 1 pot of natural yoghurt (170g)
- 1/3 cup hot milk (tea)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablets of fresh brewer’s yeast (30g)
- 5 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- 1 can of condensed milk cooked for 40 minutes under pressure
- Oil for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- 1/2 cup condensed milk (tea)
- Grated coconut flakes for dusting
Method of preparation
Beat eggs, sugar, milk, butter, yogurt, salt, baking powder and 2 (tea) cups flour in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the remaining flour, little by little, stirring with a spoon until it comes off your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour. Open small portions of dough between your hands, divide the cooked condensed milk between them and close, shaping balls. Put it in a hole in the middle 30 cm in diameter greased. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Unmold warm, drizzle with condensed milk, sprinkle with coconut and serve.
