Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas, chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 150 g of chopped 70% cocoa chocolate
- 1/2 cup margarine (tea)
- 3 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the bananas with the lemon juice, half the sugar and the chocolate.
- Divide among 4 medium ramekins.
- In another bowl, mix the rest of the sugar with the rest of the ingredients, forming a farofa.
- Distribute among the moulds, on top of the banana, place in a mold and place in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Leave to cool and serve after.
Tip: the stencil is a type of refractory, usually in ceramic, suitable for the preparation of soufflés. Being taller, it allows your soufflé to rise without spilling in the oven.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 heaped tablespoon of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 small egg (white and yolk separated)
- 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
- 20 g of finely chopped dark chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Method of preparation:
- Melt the margarine in a bowl in the microwave for 10 seconds on high power.
- Add the flour, mix well and microwave for 10 seconds.
- Stir in the milk and microwave for another 30 seconds, stirring halfway through.
- Add the egg yolk and banana and mix.
- In the planetary mixer or with an electric whisk, whip the egg white with the salt and yeast.
- Gently mix the dough with the chocolate and pour into a 300ml glass or ceramic cup and place in the microwave for 3 minutes or until solidified.
- Serve immediately.
- If desired, decorate with chocolate chips.

- 1 sachet of lemon flavored gelatine powder
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- Ready to drink syrup for caramel flavored ice cream
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- Sweet Farofa to sprinkle
- 1 cup ice water (ice water)
- 1 1/2 cups very ripe banana puree
Method of preparation:
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
- Add the sugar and mix well with a spoon.
- Add the ice water, banana and place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until ice crystals start to form.
- Beat in a mixer for 10 minutes and freeze for another 1 hour.
- Hit again and leave for another 1 hour in the freezer or until firm.
- Serve in portions drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with sweet farofa.
Oatmeal, banana and honey pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 cup rolled oats (flaked)
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 1 egg
- margarine for greasing
- 1/2 cup honey (tea)
- Ground cinnamon for dusting
Filling
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 5 sliced bananas
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the flour, half the oats, milk, baking powder, salt, oil and egg.
- Add the remaining oats and mix.
- Heat a greased nonstick skillet over medium heat. and fry 1 ladleful of the dough until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the procedure until you run out of dough. Reserve.
- For the filling, in a skillet over medium heat, heat the butter. Add the banana, sugar, cinnamon and cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn off and reserve. Divide the filling between the pancakes and fold them in half.
- Sprinkle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.

- 4 plantains
- Butter for greasing

Method of preparation:

- Sprinkle with sugar and place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes.
