Morning. In search of liveliness
Set the mood. Let’s be honest: for many, the morning doesn’t start with exercise or a leisurely breakfast, but with battling waking up. If “laying down for five minutes” and “I use dry shampoo instead of showering” are your favorite habits, try changing them. Do you like morning rituals? Then plan them for the first hour after waking up, having thought through all the steps in advance. When you wake up, the thought of at least one pleasant thing will help you pull yourself away from the pillow.
