Set the mood. Let’s be honest: for many, the morning doesn’t start with exercise or a leisurely breakfast, but with battling waking up. If “laying down for five minutes” and “I use dry shampoo instead of showering” are your favorite habits, try changing them. Do you like morning rituals? Then plan them for the first hour after waking up, having thought through all the steps in advance. When you wake up, the thought of at least one pleasant thing will help you pull yourself away from the pillow.

If we talk about cool procedures, I will put facial massage in the first place for me. this is my favorite personal care format after 30. I like the Scooter cleansing foam: it has a soft and delicate texture it is pleasant to make circular massage movements with the fingers on it. And since I started talking about cosmetics, I’m going to share another favorite shower gel with aromas of black pepper and vanilla. It is invigorating and very pleasant! Day. keep the energy

When you struggle for an hour on the same task, but there are no results, then that’s a reason to reflect. Is it worth changing or taking a break? A complex financial report or, for example, cleaning the house is a monotonous job that not everyone can do without a break. We use the Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of pleasure. We go downstairs with colleagues for coffee, put on our favorite song, or take a break to take care of ourselves if we’re working from home. It could be a beautiful sunset on the way home, a nice chat with a co-worker, or a new recipe you’ve finally mastered. Believe me, such little things can not only motivate, but also focus your attention on the positives.
