1. Juice for satiety
ingredients
- 1/3 of a bunch of cabbage
- 1/4 of a bunch of crunchy lettuce
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup rocket leaves
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 2 stalks of spring onion
- 1 liter of water
- ice to taste

2. Juice for more energy

- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 green apple
- 3 baby carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery sticks
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves

Method of preparation
