Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 2 tablespoons of light margarine
- 1/2 jar of light cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g of halved strawberries for garnish
Filling
- 2 cans of light condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of light margarine
- 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, put the yeast and flour.
- Mix the margarine, cream and salt until the dough comes off your hands and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 22cm springform pan.
- Pierce the dough with a fork and take it to the medium, preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- For the filling, in a pan, cook the condensed milk with the margarine until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
- Pour over the cooked dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Decorate with the strawberries cut in half, unmold and serve.

- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons of corn starch
- 4 gems
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 3 cups of ice cream (tea)
- 1 can peach in syrup, half chopped and half sliced
Method of preparation:
- In a saucepan, place the milk, condensed milk, cornstarch and egg yolks and set over medium heat, stirring until cooked through and thickened.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- Add the vanilla essence, the ice cream and the chopped peach and mix.
- Place in medium refractory, decorate with sliced peach and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Serve.

- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 170 g of chopped dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate liqueur
- 1 box of cream (200g)
- 1 cup of hazelnut cream
- Flakes of bittersweet chocolate and cherries in syrup to decorate
Method of preparation:
- Hydrate the gelatin in the milk and melt over low heat, without boiling.
- In a bowl, melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
- Mix half of the melted chocolate with the liqueur and half of the can of milk cream.
- Reserve.
- Beat the rest of the chocolate in the blender with the gelatin, the remaining cream and the hazelnut cream until smooth.
- Pour into a decorated mold, moistened with water, and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until it hardens.
- Turn out onto a plate, drizzle with the reserved chocolate sauce, decorate with chocolate chips, cherries in syrup and serve.

- 150 g of soft wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 220 g of refined sugar
- 220 g of unsalted butter
- Vanilla extract (to taste)
- 220 g of white chocolate
- A little bit of salt
Method of preparation:
- In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and butter.
- Add the sugar, mix well, then add the eggs and vanilla.
- Add the flour and salt.
- Arrange the mixture in a greased pan covered with buttered paper and add spoonfuls of red fruit jelly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool, put in the fridge for 2 hours and cut into pieces.

- 1 pack of red fruit flavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water (tea)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 jars of natural yoghurt (510g)
- 1/2 cup blackcurrant syrup (tea)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 1/2 cup blackberries (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
- 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
Method of preparation:
- First, dissolve the gelatine in hot water and blend in a mixer with the condensed milk, yoghurt, syrup, strawberries, blackberries and neutral alloy until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Then pour it into a saucepan with a lid and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove, add the emulsifier and beat with a mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Repeat the process 2 more times, placing in the freezer for 30 minutes before beating again.
- Finally, remove and, if desired, serve with red fruits and drizzle with ice cream sauce.

- Concentrated passion fruit juice 500ml
- 1 can of condensed milk

- Pulp of 2 passion fruit
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons of water
Method of preparation:
- Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions and blend it in a blender with the passion fruit juice and condensed milk for 5 minutes.
- Put it in a shape with a hole in the middle of 24 cm in diameter and take it to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Put the ingredients for the dressing in a pan and bring to medium heat, stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- Remove the foam from the refrigerator and unmold.
- Distribute the dressing and serve.
Italian straw with chocolate sauce

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate (melted)

Syrup
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
Method of preparation:
- In a pan mix the condensed milk, butter and chocolate.
- Place over medium heat and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat, mix with melted chocolate and biscuits.
- Pour into a medium greased refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- For the syrup, place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a syrup forms.
- Pour into the refractory over the Italian straw and serve.
English cream

- 4 gems
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 3/4 cup condensed milk (tea)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- fruit to taste
Method of preparation:
- Beat the egg yolks well and set them aside
- In the meantime, boil the water with the condensed milk and then pour it over the egg yolks.
- Mix well and cook over low heat until it starts to thicken.
- Then mix in the vanilla
- Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 2 hours
- Then serve the iced cream with fruit of your choice.
