- 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of granulated organic yeast (11g)
- 1 cup rice flour (tea)
- 2 tablespoons of potato starch
- 1 teaspoon CMC
- 1 cup(s) of dried coconut
- Margarine and rice flour for greasing
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the oil, milk, sugar, salt, eggs and yeast.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, starch, CMC and shredded coconut.
