Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
  • 1 cup milk (warm)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag of granulated organic yeast (11g)
  • 1 cup rice flour (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon CMC
  • 1 cup(s) of dried coconut
  • Margarine and rice flour for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the oil, milk, sugar, salt, eggs and yeast.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, starch, CMC and shredded coconut.
