grilled tofu
ingredients
- 1 firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt, ground black pepper and chopped chives to taste
Method of preparation
Cut the tofu into cubes and, in a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, corn starch, garlic, ground ginger, salt and black pepper. Add the tofu cubes to the mixture and mix well to coat all sides. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove the cubes from the air fryer, garnish with the chives and serve hot.
Broccoli au gratin
ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 of grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Cut the broccoli in small flowers. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the broccoli pieces to the mixture and spread well to coat all sides. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for approximately 5 minutes.
Place the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket, leaving enough space between them for them to get crispy. Bake for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove the flowers from the air fryer and add the grated cheddar cheese on top. Return the broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook for another 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve now!
Sweet potato fries
ingredients
- 500 g of sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Method of preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for approximately 5 minutes. Wash and dry well sweet potatoes. Cut into sticks. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt and paprika. Add the sweet potato sticks to the spices and mix well to coat all sides of the potatoes. Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Serve now!
Vegetable Skewers
ingredients
- 1 courgette
- 1 eggplant
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste
- barbecue sticks
Method of preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Cut the courgettes, aubergines, onion and peppers into cubes. assemble the skewers on sticks, interspersing the vegetables, and season with salt and black pepper. Brush with olive oil and place the skewers in the air fryer basket. Finally, cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Enjoy!
