  • 4 small bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and divide them in half. Reserve.
  2. Melt the butter, add the sugar, cinnamon and mix until you get a paste.

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • Ready to drink syrup for caramel flavored ice cream

  • 1 1/2 cups very ripe banana puree

Method of preparation:

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add the sugar and mix well with a spoon.
  3. Add the ice water, banana and place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until ice crystals start to form.
  4. Beat in a mixer for 10 minutes and freeze for another 1 hour.
  5. Hit again and leave for another 1 hour in the freezer or until firm.

  • 1/2 cup butter (tea)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (sifted)
  • Butter for greasing
  • 2 sliced ​​bananas
  • Ice cream to accompany
  • cinnamon to sprinkle

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, over low heat, heat the dulce de leche with the butter until completely melted.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the eggs, yolks, essence and then mix with a whisk until smooth.
