Ingredients:
- 4 small bananas
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

Method of preparation:
- Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and divide them in half. Reserve.
- Melt the butter, add the sugar, cinnamon and mix until you get a paste.
- Add the vanilla and mix well.
- Flambé the cognac and throw it in the pan.
- Add the bananas and cook for 4 minutes.
- Put the bananas in 4 jars and put a scoop of ice cream in each one.

- 1 sachet of lemon flavored gelatine powder
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- Ready to drink syrup for caramel flavored ice cream
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- Sweet Farofa to sprinkle
- 1 cup ice water (ice water)
- 1 1/2 cups very ripe banana puree
Method of preparation:
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
- Add the sugar and mix well with a spoon.
- Add the ice water, banana and place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until ice crystals start to form.
- Beat in a mixer for 10 minutes and freeze for another 1 hour.
- Hit again and leave for another 1 hour in the freezer or until firm.
- Serve in portions drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with sweet farofa.

Method of preparation:
- Beat half of the bananas in the blender with the milk and the condensed milk.
- Pour into a pan, add the rest of the banana, the butter and the chocolates.
- Bring to low heat, stirring until the bottom of the pan melts away.

Method of preparation:
- Make a shallow cut in the peel of each banana, open it a little and spread it with butter.

- 4 sliced bananas
- 1 cup (tea) of creamy dulce de leche
Method of preparation:
- Blend the milk, eggs, wheat flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar and salt in a blender until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet with the butter and fry the batter, shell to shell, until golden brown on both sides and the batter is done. Reserve.
- Mix banana and dulce de leche, divide among doughs and fold in half. Serve immediately.

- 1 cup (tea) of creamy dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup butter (tea)
- 2 eggs
- 2 yolks
- 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup wheat flour (sifted)
- Butter for greasing
- 2 sliced bananas
- Ice cream to accompany
- cinnamon to sprinkle
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, over low heat, heat the dulce de leche with the butter until completely melted.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the eggs, yolks, essence and then mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Add sugar, flour and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Distribute the dough into 8 buttered petit gâteau moulds
- Place side by side in a mold and leave to rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 banana slices to each petit gâteau mold and bake in a medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for 8 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool
- Unmold onto a plate and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream sprinkled with cinnamon.
