Ingredients:

  • 130 g of soft wheat flour
  • 10 g cocoa 50%
  • 10 g of chemical yeast
  • 15 g of butter
  • 5 g of refined salt
  • 20 g of refined sugar
  • 50 g of eggs
  • 250 g of whole milk

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside
  2. Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix all the liquid ingredients including the butter
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the liquids, mix and then refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
