Pasta with three cheese sauce

  • 500g of spaghetti spaghetti

  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 200 ml of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of grated mozzarella
  • 250 g of sour cream
  • 1 teacup of milk
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the water and salt and bring to medium heat until it boils. Then add the spaghetti and cook until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. Put the butter in a pan and heat over medium heat. Add the Parmesan, mozzarella and cream cheese and, without stopping, mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Finally, add the milk, salt and cream and mix to mix with the other ingredients. Boil for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve immediately.

Tip: serve garnished with grated parmesan.

Chicken fillet with creamed corn

  • 1kg of chicken fillet
  • 395 grams of corn
  • 250ml of milk
  • 200 ml of cottage cheese
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

Place the chicken in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Reserve. In a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and fry until golden brown on both sides. Reserve. In a blender, place the corn, ricotta, milk and beat until well blended. Reserve.

In the same pan as the chicken, add the oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and saute. Then pour the cream into the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Serve the chicken fillet with the sauce.

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley tea
  • Salt and oregano to taste
  • 300 g of mozzarella
  • Waterfall
  • Butter for greasing

Method of preparation

Put the potatoes in a pan, cover with water and cook over medium heat until they are slightly softened. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. Put the butter in a pan and melt it over medium heat. Add the ricotta, milk and cream and mix well. Season with salt, oregano and parsley. Reserve.

Combine a roast with butter and layer with potatoes, stuff the cream on top and spread it. Repeat the process until the entire roast is filled and finished with the potatoes. Then cover with the mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Tip: serve garnished with cilantro.

  • 150 g of white fish fillet
  • Juice of 1/2 Sicilian lemon
  • 40 grams of brunetteground parsnip
  • 40 g of cashew sorbet
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • olive oil for greasing

Method of preparation

Put the fish in a container and season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Leave to rest for 20 minutes. In another bowl put the Brazil nuts, the cashew sauce and mix well. Coat the fish fillets in chestnuts and arrange them on a greased baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
