Sometimes among the larks and owls are the so-called pigeons – people whose productivity is distributed in a measured way and who do not tend to get up too early or go to bed late.

However, the general public is only familiar with the most basic chronotypes, which are the easiest to describe. In addition to those who like early rises and night gatherings, there are representatives of other types of productivity.

Similar classifications are offered in the book Always on Time. Its author is Michael Breus, psychologist and member of the American Academy of Medicine and Sleep. Most likely, in the description of these chronotypes you will recognize yourself much better than in larks and owls.
