Ingredients:
- 2/3 of a cup of milk (tea)
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 spoons of cocoa powder
- 2 sliced bananas
- Fry oil
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon for garnish
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the milk, the oil and the eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, chocolate and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Detach portions of dough, place a slice of banana in the center and shape into balls.
- Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and roll in mixed sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.

- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk (tea)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Creamy dulce de leche to accompany
- Fry oil
- Sugar and cinnamon just enough to coat the biscuits
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the recipe, except the baking soda.
- Next, add the baking soda and mix again.
- In boiling oil, fry the gnocchi with the help of a spoon.
- Roll in sugar mixed with cinnamon and serve with creamy dulce de leche.

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1/2 carrot chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 5 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- margarine for greasing
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate (cubed)
- Fry oil
Method of preparation:
- In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, carrots, butter and sugar for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix the flour and baking powder to form a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
- Open small portions of dough in the greased hand and place a cube of chocolate.
- Roll up, shape the gnocchi and fry them, a little at a time, in boiling oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.

- Fry by the spoonfuls in hot oil.

- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Guava cubes to taste for the filling
- margarine for greasing
- Fry oil
- Sugar to taste for dusting
Method of preparation:
- In the blender, beat the sugar, egg, margarine and milk.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and mix well to form a dough.
- Form balls with oiled hands, open them and place a cube of guava in the center of the dough.
- Model that forms the ball again.
- Fry, a little at a time, in boiling oil, by immersion, until uniformly browned.
- Drain with a slotted spoon, drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
