Creamy corn cake recipe

Yield: 9 servings

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup butter (tea)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 cups cornmeal (tea)
  • 3/4 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 50 g of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Method of preparation

In a blender, combine the eggs, butter, corn, sugar, milk, cornmeal, flour, and grated cheese and beat well. Add the yeast and mix. Put it in a form greased with butter and flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour.
