The middle of 2023 is over. We enter the second half of the year driven by Temperance, a card that symbolizes thoughtfulness, tranquility and patience. Having said that, we can already say that the Tarot’s predictions for the second half are good, but not everything is rosy.

The month of July, which begins this semester, is represented by the Tarot card known as A Força. That is, we have Arcanum XI, which marks the middle of the arcana (there are 22 of them in total), represents the middle of the year.
This coincidence must be considered. When symbols repeat themselves, or repeatedly say the same thing, it is a sign of significant events with direct effects on reality.
In the case of the story of the year, it is probable that July and August will be two months that will lead us to the beginning of a new phase, totally different from the troubled previous semester.
How was the first semester?
Before we dive into the trends for the second half of 2023, it’s worth reviewing the context for the year.
like me and Leone Chioda we show here in the Tarot predictions for 2023, the year is marked by The Car. But we also use two auxiliary arcana, one for each semester, which bring nuances, with nuances, to this year’s Dominant Arcana.
The first semester was governed by the Hermit, who, together with the Arcanum of the Year, indicated to very troubled period and subject to violent, sudden and striking events.
This is because the combination of Arcanum VII (The Chariot) with Arcanum IX (The Hermit) leads to Arcanum XVI (The Tower), since 7 + 9 = 16.
And the XVI Arcanum depicts a tower destroyed by lightning – an analogy with great losses, both of material and state origin. This combination suggested it was the “Big Drop Semester.”
It is from this troubled period that we now say goodbye.
What are the predictions of the Tarot for the second half?
The second half of 2023, which we are entering, is governed by Arcanum XIV, Temperance.
When interacting with The Chariot, Temperance takes us to Arcanum XXI, The World (14 + 7 = 21). therefore, the the tendency now is to have an experience of fullness, expansion and growth.
It is a slow but progressive process.
Temperance brings mediation and peace. That doesn’t mean conflicts won’t happen, but they shouldn’t be so disastrous.
The world also points to a much better time, but still tensebecause stability and improvement come discreetly and slowly.
The patience and slowness of The Temperance are matched by the immediacy and speed of The Chariot. This tells us the benefits of this new phase do not come easily, as tensions are still in the air.
Highlight areas in the second half of 2023
The areas that can emerge in the last half of the year are:
- Health: The Force’s symbol, in the area of health, can represent disease control or some progress that allows people to have a better quality of life
- international politics: their relationships and their conflicts should be highlighted, with particular attention to the wars in progress, which tend to determine important events and begin to walk in the direction of conciliation
- Groups: situations involving fans and ideological affinities or groups can occur throughout the semester and characterize many news stories
- Environment: Situations and events related to the environment should drive discussions and we may have major weather events.
How is love?
If you recall, the year letter indicated that 2023 could be great for getting new leads. However, it is also conducive to attracting fleeting relationships.
For those who are busy, the year calls for calm. Even with some possible setbacks, it tends to hold promise for relationships, casual or serious.
And if you’re suffering for love, it’s time to move forward and use the energy of the Chariot to seek independence and autonomy.
