Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of wholemeal bread (400 g each)
  • 3 sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch of washed lettuce

Filling

  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 1 can of drained corn
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 grated beetroot
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, mix all ingredients well and set aside.
  2. Prepare each sandwich using the slice of bread, some of the filling, tomato slices and lettuce leaves, plus a slice of bread, plus a layer of tomato and lettuce filling and finish with the bread.
  3. Repeat the process making the rest of the sandwiches.
  4. Cut diagonally and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Brazil nuts (tea)
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey (tea)
  • 1 cup rice flakes (tea)
  • 1 cup oats (thin flakes)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (coarse flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • 3 tablespoons of light butter
  • 1/2 cup rice flour (tea)
  • 1/2 cup dried (dried) apricots
  • Light margarine for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients to form a moist dough.
  2. Then pour into a 22cm x 30cm mold lined with aluminum foil and press down with your hands.
  3. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 15 minutes or until set.
  4. Remove from the oven, let it cool and cut into strips.
  5. Finally, pack as you wish and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups wheat flour (approximately)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter (tea)
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons ice water (approximately)
  • 1 cup (tea) diced guava smears
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter and sugar to form a farofa.
  2. Add the eggs and mix.
  3. Add the water, little by little, until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed.
  4. If necessary, add more water.
  5. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Open the dough with a rolling pin and, with a pastry cutter, cut out 5 cm circles.
  7. Place a cube of guava paste in the center of each circle and bring the ends together, pinching lightly.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and place in a medium preheated oven for 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large carrots chopped
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil (tea)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Syrup

  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

Roof

  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 8 tablespoons of milk
  • 16 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 16 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix the flour and baking powder together with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a buttered and floured mold of 22cm x 30cm.
  4. Take to a medium oven, preheated, for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and, while still hot, sprinkle with the ingredients of the mixed syrup.
  6. In a skillet, bring the topping ingredients over medium heat, stirring until completely dissolved.
  7. Spread over the cake and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  8. Cut into pieces and serve.

  1. First, knead all the ingredients with your hands until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Place the dough between two plastic sheets and open with a rolling pin.
  3. Then, cut into desired shape and place in a greased pan.
  4. Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
