Spicy zucchini cream

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of diced courgettes
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 seedless pepper, minced
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Put the courgettes, water and milk in a saucepan, add salt and cook until they are very soft.
- Turn off, let cool, puree in a blender and set aside
- Meanwhile, heat a pan with the butter and sauté the onion, garlic and pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add the courgette cream, cream and salt and cook until boiling
