chia cookie
ingredients
- 60 g of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp seeds of Chia
- 100 g of wholemeal flour
- 30 g of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Wholemeal flour for dusting
- Coconut oil for greasing
Method of preparation
Put all the ingredients in a container and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Next, sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour and, using a rolling pin, unfold the dough. Cut the biscuits into the shape you prefer and place them on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil and floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Cornmeal cake with chia seeds
ingredients
- 2 cups of cornmeal tea
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of tea sugar demerara
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- sunflower oil for greasing
- Wholemeal flour for dusting
Method of preparation
In a blender, put all the ingredients and blend well. Next, place the mixture on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil and floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Chia pudding with chocolate
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 125ml of milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- sweetener to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method of preparation
In a blender, put the chia seeds and grind them well. Add the other ingredients and beat again until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Afterwards, dispose of the mixture into individual containers and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Tip: decorate the pudding with fruit, Brazil nuts and mint leaves.
